clean swimming pool clean toilet block sweeping brush basic pod missing cutlery dusty blinds
The campsite location was so nice. The glamping pod was clean upon my arrival, i found a sweeping brush in the pod to keep the grass i tracked in on my shoes tidy. the on-site swimming pool was also kept clean! the toilet block was also clean and checked regularly, so it stayed that way.
The pod was basic.. i knew i had to bring bed linen, which i did, but i wasn't told there would be no cutlery, plates, or cups. even though a microwave, kettle and toaster were available, i am not a camper, i was only touring. the kettle and toaster were on a unit that was too high and i could not move it because of the plugs. It felt dangerous. the caravan was not cleaned thoroughly.

generally positive stay

dog exercise exercise area short stay clean park faulty heating limited access door access cutlery absence
the pod was exactly what i needed for a short stay. it was very clean and the park itself was also kept really clean. there is a dog exercise area where dogs can run freely. this was perfect for my dog.
the pod heating did not work properly. i could only open one of the doors. cutlery would have been useful in the pod.

Great Stay at Campsite

easy check-in kind staff amazing view
The check-in was simple. The staff greeted me kindly. The location has amazing views. The static caravan was very clean, and it accommodated all guests well. I had a nice welcome. I found the hotel tidy and arranged well.
Service
9/10
The staff were so helpful when I got stuck on the grass. They got me out without any fuss. I really appreciated their quick response and friendly attitude. I was able to continue with my vacation.
Rooms
8/10
My pod was warm. It was quite comfortable for the family. The family-sized pods offered adequate space. The individual toilet and shower blocks impressed me. They were a welcome change from communal facilities.
Facilities
8/10
The site provided a games room, but I noted it needed some maintenance. I had access to a playground. The surrounding areas provided enough activities for me. I found the location picturesque for photos.

missing cutlery unsafe appliances
the grounds were kept quite clean so that was acceptable
the pod lacked basic necessities it had a microwave and kettle but no cutlery or plates i also found the placement of the kettle and toaster unsafe as they were too high to reach comfortably it reminded me of i needed a step ladder just to make toast

Great Pod Stay Experience

heated facilities amazing staff bathroom style
We loved the location and the heated facilities. The staff were amazing before and . Everyone was very cute. The individual bathroom style toilet and shower blocks were a welcome change. They differed from the usual communal shower blocks and separate toilet cubicles.
The swimming pool was tiny and freezing cold.
Facilities

The toilet blocks have individual bathrooms for more privacy. These include a toilet and a shower. The campsite also provides friendly and efficient customer service plus quick solutions for any questions or issues guests have.
Location

beautiful scenery quiet location homely caravan dusty blinds carpet stains broken tv
The location is quiet. The scenery is beautiful. My caravan seemed like home. It had everything I needed!!!
The caravan could have been cleaner. The blinds had dust. There were cobwebs everywhere. I saw stains on the sofas and the carpet. The TV was not working . I reported it the first day.
